Your mission

Your mission? We are entering Amazon US as our new sales and marketing channel. As an Commercial Manager you will play a pivotal role in company’s presence on Amazon US. You will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategy for this sales channel.

Your responsibilities
  • Business - take P&L and growth responsibility for the Amazon US sales channel.
  • Strategic planning - develop and implement comprehensive growth strategy for selling on Amazon US.
  • Team building - lay foundation, which will be used for building Amazon Team.
  • Category management - identify opportunities and use them for leveraging growth.
  • Marketing strategy - develop and execute promotional strategies.
  • Performance optimization - analyze sales data, ads performance and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement. Utilize optimization techniques to enhance performance.
  • Collaboration and Communication - work closely with the rest of Amazon team (Amazon Sales Expert who is managing our Amazon account, Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing and Logistics etc.)
  • Brand building - increase Displate visibility and recognition on Amazon.

Your skills & experience
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in strategic marketing and growth within the e-commerce industry.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales on Amazon, with a focus on Amazon US.
  • Experience with team management (5+ people).
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising platforms and marketing tools. Deep understanding of PPC marketing.
  • Analytical skills. Ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in brand management.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including C-level.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with US sales channels other than Amazon would be a plus, but not required.
