Your responsibilities

Own daily operations of Displate’s Amazon accounts across the US and EU markets, ensuring smooth, compliant, and uninterrupted selling activity.
Monitor account health and key performance indicators (KPIs), proactively identifying risks and taking action to prevent issues before they escalate.
Stay current with Amazon policies and compliance requirements. Act as the team’s primary advocate for operational and policy adherence.
Act as first responder for unexpected account issues. Manage Case Center (CC) tickets and escalate cases with Amazon Seller Support when needed.
Lead catalog operations—oversee product listings, uploads, attribute optimization, and catalog health. Resolve any listing-related issues promptly.
Manage FBA operations, including inventory tracking, identifying stock issues, and coordinating with the Logistics team for replenishment.
Liaise with back-office teams (Finance, Customer Service, etc.) to ensure data accuracy, provide necessary reports, and streamline collaboration.
Execute and maintain promotional setups, including technical implementation of deals, sales, and Amazon campaigns.
Track operational KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and recommend process enhancements.procedures
Document and drive process automation to optimize operational efficiency.
Mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and helping to establish best practices across the Amazon Operations team.

Your skills & experience

3+ years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts, preferably in both US and EU markets.
Deep understanding of Amazon operations, including FBA, catalog management, account health, and compliance.
Proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); experience with Amazon tools (e.g., Business Reports, Brand Registry) is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
Experience mentoring or supporting more junior colleagues is a plus.
