Your mission

This is a supporting role at the heart of our B2B operations - you'll coordinate projects from brief to delivery, prepare quotes, manage logistics, and keep everything organized behind the scenes so our international clients get a seamless experience.

Your responsibilities

Coordinate client projects on an ongoing basis - from brief through to delivery and shipment
Monitor statuses, deadlines, and work progress
Work closely with internal teams (print/DTP, warehouse, production)
Maintain and update project documentation
Prepare price quotes based on current pricelists
Create summaries and comparison tables
Make sure commercial terms align with source data
Coordinate orders and shipments, including to multiple destinations
Work with warehouse, accounting, and external partners
Handle export documentation and customs matters
Support logistics for events
Triage ongoing tasks and set priorities
Update databases and records
Prepare operational documents and instructions
Synthesize statuses and reporting

Your skills & experience

Excellent command of English in business communication (written)
Experience in project coordination or B2B client support
Proficiency with office tools and work management systems
Diligence, strong organizational skills, and independence
Knowledge of the production industry and international logistics
