Your mission

Your mission is to transform financial data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions. We're looking for a Controlling Specialist to join our Finance team. In this position, you'll support financial planning and reporting processes and bring both analytical skills and clear thinking to everything you deliver.

Your responsibilities

Drive selected month-end close procedures, accruals calculations and management reporting,
Partner with business leaders across organization and provide them with recommendations,
Support budgeting and forecasting processes and run variance analysis,
Handle statutory reporting requirements (GUS, NBP) accurately and on time,
Prepare reports and presentations for the board and shareholders,
Automate and improve processes,
Use Power BI, AI tools, and whatever it takes to turn complex data into clear outputs.

Your skills & experience

What You Bring

3-5 years of professional experience (experience in controlling will be an asset),
Solid command of month-end close, accruals calculations, IFRS, management accounting, and budgeting and forecasting processes,
Proven experience preparing reporting, running variance analysis,
Tools - Excel as a baseline — hands-on experience with Power BI or AI tools are nice to have,
Excellent English — written and spoken — to work in an international environment,
Strong communication skills, so you can talk about finance in a simple way.

Nice to Have

Background in e-commerce, D2C, marketplace, or manufacturing environments,
Experience at a Big 4 firm,
Experience working across multi-entity, fast-moving international business structures.
