• Drive selected month-end close procedures, accruals calculations and management reporting to a high standard,
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes that business teams actually use to make decisions,
• Run variance analysis that explains the why, not just the what,
• Prepare reports and presentations for the board and shareholders that are sharp, concise, and decision-ready,
• Automate and improve processes before someone asks you to,
• Use Power BI, AI tools, and whatever it takes to turn complex data into simple., readable outputs.

What You Bring

• 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2–3 years in controlling.
• Solid command of month-end close, accruals calculations, IFRS, management accounting, and budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Proven experience preparing reporting, running variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel as a baseline — practical, hands-on experience with Power BI and AI tools on top of that.
• Excellent English — written and spoken — with real comfort working in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills: you can talk about financial data with people who don't live in spreadsheets, and you make it land.

Nice to Have

• Background in e-commerce, D2C, marketplace, or manufacturing environments.
• Experience at a Big 4 firm.
• Hands-on with analytical tools — Power BI, SQL, BigQuery, or similar.
• Experience working across multi-entity, international business structures.
