Your mission

Your mission is to fuel creativity and growth by building and nurturing partnerships with top brands and talented artists. You will play a key role in expanding our portfolio of licensed artwork, ensuring our customers have access to an ever-growing collection of unique and inspiring designs. By leveraging your entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative spirit, you’ll help drive Displate’s vision of connecting people with extraordinary art while delivering exceptional value to our partners and community.

Your responsibilities

Build good relationships with licensing partners to keep working together and grow the brand.
Work out licensing deals with current and new partners, making sure we get good terms to improve our products.
Help the Marketing team plan and run marketing campaigns that fit with our licensed brands.
Look for new partnerships with licensors, related brands, and stores to expand our reach.
Support the team in reaching yearly sales goals for licensed brands.
Work with the Art team to create content and products that match brand guidelines and appeal to customers.
Keep track of sales and prepare reports on royalties when needed.
Review contracts and licensing documents to make sure they are correct and follow agreements.

Your skills & experience

Willingness to learn and grow in the licensing industry.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.Excellent negotiation and analytical skills, with a proactive and organized approach.
Positive attitude, responsible, and self-motivated, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
