Your mission is to enhance Displate's global supply chain efficiency by optimizing logistics operations, ensuring timely and seamless delivery of our products. • Coordination of logistics processes in an e-commerce company.
• Development and optimization of processes, procedures, standards in the area of logistics.
• Coordination of cooperation with external partners (e.g. couriers, logistics operators) and internal partners (e.g. purchasing department, customer service department).
• Optimization of the shipping process in terms of carrier selection and contract negotiations.
• Team management (work organization, motivation, training, etc.).
• Performing commissioned analyses and reports.• Annual budgeting and monthly planning of logistics costs.
• Defining and completing OKRs (key indicators).
• Participation in improving logistics processes through automation, identifying and correcting process inefficiencies.
• Defining and implementing a logistics strategy related to transport - customs and taxes.
• Identifying and resolving critical issues affecting logistics processes
• Higher education, preferably in logistics.
• Experience in a position related to operational management, logistics management.
• English language skills at least at B2 level.
• Communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to different recipients.
• Analytical skills and willingness to work with data.
• Interest in the e-commerce sector.• Communicative knowledge of English.
