We're looking for an exceptional Paid Social Team Leader to lead a team of 4 while remaining deeply involved in strategy, experimentation, and execution. You’ll take full ownership of two of our most important acquisition channels: Meta and TikTok, managing a monthly budget exceeding $1.5M. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who thrives on performance, loves solving complex growth challenges, and wants to drive results.
• A $1.5M+/month Meta and TikTok advertising budget.
• Strategy and growth roadmap for Paid Social.
• Leadership and development of a high-performing team of 4 specialists.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Analytics, CRO, Engineering, Performance Creative Strategy team and our in-house Creative Studio to unlock performance gains.
