Your mission

Your mission is to champion our Engineering, Analytics, and Web Product teams. In this pivotal role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and people strategist, aligning team performance with business goals in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll work at both the strategic and operational level—shaping people practices that fuel innovation, agility, and growth. Beyond day-to-day partnership, you’ll also lead cross-functional initiatives that support Displate’s broader business priorities, playing a key role in shaping the company’s future.

Your responsibilities

Partner with managers and employees as a trusted HR advisor, building strong, consultative relationships.
Deeply understand the goals and challenges of Engineering, Analytics, and Web Product functions and convert them into impactful people initiatives.
Equip leaders with people's insights and data to guide strategic decisions and drive performance.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for your functions, collaborating closely with hiring managers and Recruitment Partner.
Partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, headcount budgeting, and team structuring to ensure long-term organizational health.
Champion performance management practices by supporting goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation cycles.
Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee growth planning to future-proof the organization.
Identify and promote tailored learning and development programs that meet team and business needs.
Coach managers and team leads to build high-performing, resilient teams.
Drive initiatives to boost employee experience, motivation, and internal communication.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external labor law requirements.
Champion ethical, inclusive, and fair practices across the business.
Lead strategic, cross-functional HR projects aligned with Displate’s annual priorities (e.g., employee experience, leadership development).
Act as project lead, setting timelines, collaborating across departments, and delivering outcomes that impact the entire company.

Your skills & experience

At least 5 years of proven experience as an HR Business Partner, with a strong focus on supporting IT and Engineering teams.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills—you know how to connect, challenge, and support.
Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken.
A track record of close, long-term collaboration with technical teams.
Solid understanding of HR and IT processes, and how they intersect.
Proficiency in MS Office, with a sharp eye for detail and structured problem-solving skills.
A strategic mindset combined with operational agility- you’re comfortable shifting gears between high-level planning and hands-on support.
Experience in guiding people development, succession planning, and project management
Assertive communicator.
Strong presentation skills, and a collaborative spirit.
