Your mission at Displate will be to bring a strategic, disciplined approach to pricing that drives both profitability and customer satisfaction. As part of the Finance team, Pricing Manager will play a pivotal role in setting and executing pricing strategies, ensuring that our prices and promotions align with our broader business goals and brand values. We are dedicated to fostering a data-driven culture around pricing, allowing us to make informed, impactful decisions that enhance value for our customers while supporting sustainable growth. Through this focused approach, we aim to create an environment where pricing is a strategic lever, consistently reinforcing Displate's position in the market.

Your responsibilities

Shaping and proposing pricing policies
Data analysis and insights - aggregates and analyzes data related to sales, margins to gauge outcomes and efficacy of pricing and promotional strategy.
Planning and supervising the execution of pricing policy changes, monitors the results of conducted promotional campaigns, and makes necessary improvements.
Analyzing market trends and anticipating shifts to proactively adjust pricing tactics.
Fostering collaboration with Marketing, Finance, Engineering, and Business Development to align pricing with broader business objectives and Displate’s strategy.

Your skills & experience

Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management within the ecommerce industry or pricing/commercial strategy consulting for retail and ecommerce clients.
Profound understanding of the ecommerce market on an international scale (with particular emphasis on the USA).
Demonstrated project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies across various products, channels, and countries; strong skills in data analysis and interpretation.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good analytical and communication skills
Responsibility, attention to detail, and good work organization
Fluency in spoken and written English
