Your mission

Your mission would be to drive sustained growth in e-commerce revenue through expertly managed and innovative Google Ads campaigns, while leading and empowering a team of SEM specialists to achieve top performance and alignment with key sales objectives.

Your responsibilities

Collaborating with various departments within the organization and often acting like a project manager.
Managing multiple projects at once - ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Leading a team of seasoned specialists in SEM, providing guidance and support to drive campaigns' success.
Testing and implementing new solutions and tools to enhance campaigns’ performance.
Managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with over 500 000 USD monthly budget, to align with our sales-based KPIs.
Formulation and execution of our Google Ads strategy.
Planning and conducting A/B tests to enhance campaigns' and ads' performance.
Analyzing data, preparing reports and generating actionable insights to drive campaigns' improvement.

Your skills & experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing Google Ads campaigns (with strong emphasis on e-commerce).
A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in leading a team.
Proficiency in managing large-scale budgets.
Expertise in working with product feeds.
Demonstrated knowledge of the Google Ads system.
Strong familiarity with GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads Editor, and Google Merchant Center.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Fluency in English.
Excellent analytical and effective communication skills.
Experience with DataFeedWatch or similar tools is a plus.
Responsibility and a sense of ownership for the undertaken activities and projects.
2-3 years of agency experience preferred but not required.
