• Support internal artists in creating products that match US sports brand guidelines and appeal to fans
• Help supervise website content and remove artworks that breach partner IP, with guidance from senior team members
• Assist with product and marketing approvals with league, team, and collegiate licensors
• Contact partners about artwork and IP issues, with support from the team
• Help validate licensed artworks alongside teammates
• Learn the lore of assigned brands and act as a brand ambassador across the company
• Track content removal activity and prepare reports
• Help manage department financial documents, including sales tracking and royalty reports
• Support contract and document reviews
• Assist the Marketing team in planning campaigns that fit licensed sports brands
• Build relationships with licensing partners and help identify new partnership opportunities
• Support the team in reaching yearly sales goals for licensed brands

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including with spreadsheets and financial data
• Comfort working at a fast pace and responding to time-sensitive requests
