Here at Displate, we cherish the culture of care, creating a workplace filled with empathy, support, and genuine concern for each other. This is why every year, we join the wonderful initiative of the Noble Gift (or Szlachetna Paczka).
One of the largest social programmes in Poland, the Noble Gift helps connect people who want to help with those who need it most. Every holiday season, we select a family from the programme and supply it with all the essentials they need to make this time of year a little brighter.
It’s also when our team joins forces beyond just company goals. We gather to pack our Noble Gift together – partly because the festive atmosphere and classic holiday tunes basically make every box pack itself, and partly because we all want to feel that unspeakable joy that comes from giving back.
